Automatically choose between printers

There are four ways to define which printer is selected when an order is sent. They are prioritized in the following order, with the upper options overriding the lower ones.

Override at Creation in Override Popup



User-Controlled. This Applies Only to YOUR User



Printer Selected on Shipping Method to Delivery Product Relation



Default Printer

Select Default Label Printer

This can be seen as a fallback printer that will always be used if none are selected on the delivery product or user-controlled.

**User-Controlled Printer**

The user-controlled printer is used by some companies that, for example, have a packing terminal where they are always logged in with one user and then want all labels to come there regardless.

(Select a printer that is ALWAYS used when this user creates deliveries).

**When Should the Shipping Label Be Printed?**

Most people choose at creation. This can also be overridden on the shipping method to delivery product relation.

**When Should Shipping Information Be Transferred from Cargonizer to the Carrier? (relative to print time)**

For certain carriers, it may be beneficial to transfer all shipping information in bulk. Here you can set, for example, that all shipping information you have sent that day will be transferred at 17:00.
