Print picklist
To generate pick lists, you need to install and activate the [WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips](https://nb.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/) plugin.
The "packing-slip" document is used as a template for your pick list. You can install this extension directly from WordPress. It is one of the most popular extensions for WooCommerce. You can also customize the "packing-slip" as you like; this will be used as the basis for the pick list.
Page where pick list completion is displayed on mobile - Here you can just create an empty page in WordPress and select it from the dropdown menu after you have created it.
When you enable pick lists, three options for printing pick lists will appear.
From the order list.
By selecting multiple orders in the order list and choosing print pick list.
Inside the order.
You must select a fixed printer for pick lists. Here, pick lists will always be printed.
A QR code is printed on the pick list.
The picker can scan this QR code with their mobile phone. The QR code directs the picker to a page on your webshop. You must be logged in with a user in the webshop that has the rights to manage orders for the call to go through. Therefore, it is not dangerous if someone outside sees or scans the QR code. Which page this should be, you can choose in the settings. We recommend creating a separate page for this. It can be completely empty.
Here we will show the result of whether the user can complete the pick list and whether it was completed. This is a page your customers do not need to access.
We will check that the person who arrives on the page has the rights to complete the pick list and then complete the order. If you have the rights, it will complete the order. We recommend that you enable "Create delivery when order is completed" in the settings so the shipping label is also printed.
