General settings
You can find the settings for the Logistra Wildrobot integration under Woocommerce -> Transport.
We will go through the different settings below or in the video here.
Should the integration automatically set the order to complete when you create a delivery for the order?
If Complete Order When Delivery is Created is selected, you can also define exactly which status you want the integration to set the order to.
Often used with pick lists or other plugins that complete orders for you in their own process. Will create a delivery when the order goes to completed status.
Most carriers require weight on deliveries. This is calculated from the weight of the products. If you do not have weights on the products, you can set a fixed weight here.
Will send in dimensional calculations of the products on the order to Logistra (height, width, weight). This can affect the shipping price.
Adds a tracking link in the order completion email that WooCommerce sends out.
If you select this, your customer will be able to choose other pickup points than the nearest one to their specified address via a separate popup window in the cart. Note: This only applies to shipping options that deliver to a pickup point and not directly to the recipient. Optional pickup points must also be added as a service on the shipping option. This function has not been tested across browsers and mobile browsers. This is coming later.
Same as above, but for the checkout.
Pickup point selector only for the checkout that integrates with a standard WooCommerce dropdown menu. This version is more compatible across themes and can be customized via templates. If so, you can copy templates/woocommerce/cart/cart-shipping.php from this plugin and place it in your own theme. Note, the dropdown menu only appears if the shipping method has a delivery option that allows for pickup points.
On WooCommerce shipping methods from Wildrobot, you can set that the shipping is free over a certain amount. With this setting, we send out a WooCommerce notification to the customer if the order value is within the value that can be specified by checking this setting.
If an order has a shipping method without a linked delivery, it will use the fallback delivery method. When this is turned on, a fallback shipping method will appear in the "SHIPPING METHODS AND SHIPPING PRODUCTS" settings.
It looks like this; here you must set values for the fallback transport product to work.
If your customer is a company, the company's name will be set as the recipient and the name of the person ordering the goods will be set as the contact person on the shipping task.
This will add the names of the products in the order as a description on your shipping task. Note that there is limited physical space on a shipping label, so if many products are sent, not all product names will appear on the label. Also note that not all shipping labels have a placement for such information, which is according to the carrier's documentation.
This will be removed.
If you use the Table Rate shipping plugin.
Consider individual table rate shipping lines as a shipping method that can be related to a transport product. Note: All table rate shipping lines must have a label for them to appear for linking between shipping method and transport product.
